Objectives : This training responds to a strong demand in engineering formulated by the urban production sectors (design, management, construction) subject to increasingly strong injunctions linked to the concept of sustainable development (energy transition, climate plan, preservation of resources in water, etc.), alongside mastery and integration of spatial data management (big data, smart city).
Geomatics and urban engineering engineers are able to respond to this demand: mastery of new digital tools (BIM, GIS, intelligent network management, etc.), development of skills for anticipation and adaptation in socio-technical, economic and political universes highly scalable, ability to participate in collective intelligence and design processes. It works in the field of urban production by coupling in a strongly complementary way the applied project management of the design of spaces with the spatial analysis and the exploitation of urban and territorial data. He can intervene in project management at all stages of the implementation of an urban operation, from the formalization of the specifications to the scheduling, piloting and coordination (OPC) missions.
