Objectives : The primary objective of this Master's degree is to compensate for a crucial lack of Bac + 5 level training in areas relating to the environment, ecology and biodiversity. It is structured around macro-ecology, biogeography, knowledge and governance of biodiversity with a focus on the management of island environments. These fundamental lessons are associated with statistical field data analysis tools, GIS (geographic information systems), construction of databases, assembly of files, construction of ecological, environmental and socio-environmental indicators, law and the environment, notably the coviability between Nature and Society. It is made up of two courses:
Course 1: Knowledge and Management of Environmental Resources in Caribbean Island Territories (CGRBTC): Spatiotemporal evolution of ecosystems and their sustainable management (the course was the only course of the old accreditation).
Path 2: Valorization of the chemical and physical potential of the natural environment and biodiversity.
Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)
