Objectives : Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are at the heart of companies' strategy for innovation, growth and sustainability. New ranges of tools now allow optimized information collection and processing: geographic information systems, remote sensing, databases, measurement and instrumentation systems, production management software, etc.
The AgroTIC specialization provides agricultural engineering students with this ICT skill applied to agronomy, food and the environment. It thus meets the needs of the private and public sectors by training engineers with dual expertise: competent in business aspects and capable of diagnosing information systems, designing and implementing innovative solutions.
The training is carried out by 2 schools, Bordeaux Sciences Agro and Montpellier Sup
Agro, and provided on the 2 sites.
