Objectives : The Internet of Things (IoT) leads to the networking of a large number of radiating systems as close as possible to people.
This training aims to explain and quantify the electromagnetic exposure created, in the near field as well as in the far field, by a set of connected objects.
At the end of this training, participants will be able to understand the propagation of electromagnetic waves in different environments (air, human body, complex environments, etc.), to quantify the relevant quantities to validate the conformity of the product with the standards in force and to understand the influence of different objects on the transmission channel.
Public concerned : Engineers working in the field of telecommunications or in the field of connected radiating objects.
Prerequisites : Mathematical tools for engineers.
Physics concepts: waves and wave propagation.
Duration and terms : 21 h
