Objectives : Implement a GIS evaluation process in order to make it evolve.
Identify and mobilize the various elements making it possible to establish a technical, organizational and economic diagnosis.
Identify GIS evolution scenarios.
Develop an action plan

The methodology for auditing a GIS:

The quantitative and qualitative inventory of the information assets of the entity
Assessment of GIS uses within the entity
The organizational assessment of the SIG and its economic model.
Taking into account regulatory changes.
From audit to development scenario: project management methodology (benchmarking, prospective, etc.).
