Objectives : This second cycle training aims to give students and professionals enrolled in continuing education skills in territorial management of companies or communities.
More than ever, the territories are being recomposed through organizations in networks, whether local, regional or international, and internal development logic (sectors, devices) and external (establishment, partnership, consumption).
Public concerned : Enrollment for this national diploma is aimed at bac + 2 students in possession of a BTS (IT, Transport, Commercial action ...) of a DUT (Marketing techniques, Information, Statistics, Management ), a DEUG (Law, Economics, Geography, Sociology) as well as to people with a professional activity.
Degree Level (EU) : 6 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Acquired skills during the training : Manage geographic information by collecting data (identifying needs, available databases, assessing their relevance, particularly in terms of quality), processing information (choice of tools and methods, spatial analysis) and communicating relevant and synthetic results to management
Contribute to the implementation of the policy of the company or the organization by optimizing the field work of the operators, for example by organizing the itineraries of sales representatives, or deliverers and by calculating them the data necessary for the accomplishment of their work (maps, socio-economic data).
Decision support by proposing locations for new establishments, analyzing a catchment area, a service area, etc.
