Course Details

Objectives : Faced with a globalized information society that increasingly uses geographic information and geolocation, the professional license (in 3 years) prepares future students to work in the service of a multitude of themes and sectors of activity, whether they are producers or users of geographic information. As a future professional, you carry out missions related to the description and monitoring of the territory or infrastructures.

The diploma prepares you to join companies in the public or private sector, with the aim of becoming a key player in understanding the world around you, in order to be able to anticipate the transitions that await us.

Degree Level (EU) : 6 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Admission requirements : bac général, bac STI2D, bac STL...

Targeted careers : The training offers many opportunities such as:
- assistant, project manager in the fields of environmental protection and management;
- geographic data manager or data dissemination manager, project manager of a GIS center;
- cartographic production monitoring manager, data acquisition manager, monitoring of an image processing chain;
- assistant to project manager in imaging, manager of work in photogrammetry.

- decentralized services for equipment, agriculture, the environment, local government (GIS services, etc.);
- energy sector (Enercop, etc.), particularly renewable energy;
- transport (SNCF, RATP, etc.);
