Objectives : It is an international program of 120 ECTS that takes place in 4 semesters: the first at the Catholic University Pázmány Péter (Budapest), the second at the Autonomous University of Madrid, and the third at the University of Bordeaux (Bordeaux). The fourth concerns the preparation of the Final Master Project, the result of collaboration with a research laboratory or a company in the sector.
The European Union's Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJMD) program aims to attract international talent. These masters, which must be organized by at least three European universities from three different countries, must pass a competitive accreditation process that demands the highest standards in terms of desirability, quality, employability and sustainability.
This EMJMD Master covers the interdisciplinary fields of image processing and computer vision (IPCV). Its objective is to train specialists in a field of unstoppable and growing presence and relevance in our daily life. Visual information processing is essential today in fields as diverse as diagnostic imaging, video surveillance, industrial process control, remote sensing, electronic commerce, the audiovisual industry, etc. The program is focused on establishing the theoretical bases of the different disciplines it envisages, but always in parallel with a highly applied orientation, typical of a field closely linked to transfer and entrepreneurship actions.
