Course Details

Objectives : BUT data science trains specialists capable of helping decision-making through data management, programming and statistical analysis, and restitution activities. Students learn to collect data, ensure their quality, store them in structured databases with a view to analyzing and exploiting them, in particular using statistical analyses, to produce decision-making tools. The BUT data science offers two different courses from the 2nd year: data sciences: statistical exploration and modeling; data sciences: visualization, design of decision-making tools. The data sciences: statistical exploration and modeling course is devoted more specifically to the collection, processing and statistical analysis of data.
