Ingénieur spécialité internet des objets et cybersécurité

Course Details

Objectives : The objective of the “Internet of Things and Cybersecurity” specialty is to develop the Internet of Things and embedded systems, in particular by securing data and transmissions and by developing energy frugality.

Public concerned : Bac+2 students

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Admission requirements : Preparatory course for Polytech schools, CPGE, L2, L3, BUT

Acquired skills during the training : - Computer science for software development, communication networks, security and design on microcontrollers or microprocessors;
- Electronics for the design of analog and digital systems, particularly for wired or wireless telecommunications, connected objects and hardware security.

The objective is to ensure that Polytech Lille graduates, in the field of embedded systems, have engineering skills in computer science and electronics.

Targeted careers : Embedded systems are found in both industry and the domestic environment. Their fields of application are extremely vast, ranging from connected agriculture to the defense industry and connected factories. The need for embedded systems is growing rapidly, whether in their use, implementation, maintenance or design, and in particular in the field of cybersecurity.

Duration and terms : 3 years under student status
Professionalization and apprenticeship contracts offered in the final year.
